BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You must read and accept these TERMS AND CONDITIONS before booking your hotel room or any available option. Once a reservation has been made, the following terms and conditions will come into effect.
Final Payment
Payment for your reservation must be made directly on the website. Once your request is confirmed, we will proceed to charge the amount indicated in the confirmation email sent by booking@beltrandesantacruz.com.
Insurance
We recommend that all passengers purchase travel insurance when making their reservations as www.beltrandesantacruz.com assumes no responsibility for health problems, or for unforeseen circumstances that travelers may incur, such as damaged or lost luggage.
Cancellations
In case of cancellations, please notify us immediately. Cancellation charges will be set based on the date the cancellation is received by www.beltrandesantacruz.com and will apply to all products you have booked. Please read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS for each product. www.beltrandesantacruz.com reserves the right to resell cancelled capacities.
If we receive your written notification of cancellation more than 15 days before the execution of your reservation, your deposit will be fully refunded. However, less than 15 days will result in cancellation charges.
www.beltrandesantacruz.com will not compensate for changes made due to war or threats of war, strikes, demonstrations, civil unrest, terrorist activity, labor disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics or health risks, technical problems with transportation including mechanical or environmental reasons, closed or congested airports, government actions, and similar events beyond our control.
Refunds
All refunds will be made 15 days after the original reservation date.

Changes Requested by the Client
Any changes requested by the client may be subject to cancellation penalties. All changes are subject to the rates for the new dates, according to the original date of the reservation. If a reservation is changed more than once, then www.beltrandesantacruz.com reserves the right to increase the administration fee.
Indicative Price
All rates are shown in United States dollars (USD), unless otherwise indicated. www.beltrandesantacruz.com reserves the right to change published prices without prior notice or to pass on government taxes, transportation-related fees or surcharges, including, but not limited to, fuel price fluctuations or currency changes.
In the event that www.beltrandesantacruz.com decreases prices, the revised rates will be valid for new reservations only. Previously reduced rates may increase again without prior notice and will be valid for new reservations only.
Documentation
It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain, at his/her own expense, all documentation required by the relevant authorities. Customs, airline or immigration officials may deny entry or exit to a traveler for certain circumstances. www.beltrandesantacruz.com will not be held responsible and will not make any refunds for these circumstances. It is also the traveler’s responsibility to obtain relevant information regarding itineraries, schedules, airlines and hotels.
Check-in and check-out times
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m., unless a different time is specified. Check-out is at 12:00 p.m.

Unused Services

Traveler’s Responsibilities
The traveler must comply with the rules of the visited country. In the event that the traveler acts in a way that threatens the supplier or other clients, the supplier will have the right to refute the service or exclude the client from the contracted service. In these cases, the traveler will be responsible for all the derived costs and no refund will apply for any part of the unused program.
Responsibilities of Tour Operators
www.beltrandesantacruz.com contracts its offers with independent companies and cannot be held responsible for any act or omission on their part. www.beltrandesantacruz.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage, physical or mental, or to property, as a result of delays, substitutions, changes of equipment or any act or omission, negligence on the part of any supplier of the services purchased here. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation or guest at any time. No representative of any other company is authorized to change or substitute the contract once a reservation has been made.
